FIJI in Hollywood

The FAVC marketed Fiji to the inetrnational film industry at the annual American Film Market in Hollywood from November 4 -11. The FAVC is one of the official sponsors of this event and our regular presence at the market for the fifth time this year continued to raise Fiji's profile in the filmmaking world. As a result of this year's promotion, a US producer will be in Fiji after Christmas to scout locations for a feature film which he intends to film here in February 2010. Prior to this, a small documentary on local herbal medicines was to be made by another US producer.
