Lautoka
Lautoka is sited on the western side of Viti Levu, the largest island in Fiji. It is only 25km away from Nadi International Airport. The city is surrounded with the blue Pacific Ocean on the western side and green gold sugar cane together with pine trees on the other side thus it is called the sugar city.
The city has a very wide range of shops ranging from retail to wholesale and restaraunts catering for a variety of dishes such as Chinese, Indian, Fijian, European, Korean, vegetarian, etc.
There is a wonderful marina at Vuda Point with surrounding hotels and motels. The First Landing resort was built on this idyllic site located next to Vuda Point Yacht Marina, siiting beachside on 6 acres of exotic tropical gardens.
